Our roadshows are held in village halls, church halls, town halls and community centres.

WHAT TO EXPECT

No appointment is required. Simply turn up on the day with your items.

If you have large or bulky items or would prefer a private consultation, you are welcome to contact the shop or mobile to arrange a home visit.

Queues are rare. If there is a short wait, you will always be greeted on arrival, offered a seat, and seen as soon as the appropriate team member is available.

When it is your turn, you will be invited to sit at a valuation table where your items will be examined in front of you. Each item is discussed openly, and where necessary another team member may be asked for their opinion to ensure the best possible outcome.

There is no fixed time limit. The length of each valuation depends on what you bring.

We believe it is more important to do the job properly than to rush.

Everything is carried out with care, respect and compassion.

We never pressure anyone to sell. If you are unsure about an item, bring it along anywaypeople are often surprised by what some items can be worth.
